Request to have the room serviced daily to maintain cleanliness, as some linens appear worn and the overall room upkeep could be enhanced.

I liked that I got an upgrade, the room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Internet is free.

My friend arrived later to the hotel and we were called by the reception at 11:30pm saying to register. At the end someone came up to the room and took his ID to make a photocopy of, plus they asked him to sign the paper. This is all fine but not at 11:30pm. They could have arranged all this next morning or earlier on the same day. I also didnt like that they called us to open our door so they can take the dishes; I should be the one calling them when to pick up and not the other way around.

The room itself

The check-out took more than 30 minutes as the bank card swiper went wrong and only one of the connections were working. I asked them to see if we could use the one in the restaurant or bar, but they kept trying the one that didnt work. At the end it worked however besides a "sorry", nothing additional was done. I would have expected a free airport drop off or something after this trouble.

Air conditioning in the lobby not operational!!! Dust patches on dining furniture!!! Damaged wooden floors and unsightly water marks on the walls really need attention!!! Expecting a cleaner environment at a four-star hotel!!!

It was a pleasant surprise because this hotel had all the five star facilities and comfort you can seek.

No experience staff, they don't know how to care for customers. Not sufficient equipment like hair dryer having few and if they provide next day morning without looking at time knock or call for asking back hair dryer. Staff is very bad because hotel manager him self is not looks experienced and all are lazy. There is no value of money. No variety in breakfast, Not having proper information regarding city if you have any question. It's difficult to find person on reception after 11.00pm and you have to search. As per my experience it was very bad hotel in my life.

The wooden floor was damaged, but the room had a nice discount on beverages.

Horrible location, very ugly approach, and no amentities. it was a very bad experience as they made us pay for a stain that was on their towel. the hotel staff was not trained to put an issue in a decent manner, the entire policy was put to us at awrong time, in awrong manner and at wrong place. never going to stay

Had a lovely two-night stay where the room service was great and the food really hit the spot. There’s a nice pool and spa for some quality relaxation time if you're into that. The only thing I noticed was a bit of a wait for the elevator during busy hours, but it didn’t really bother me. 😊

Really good Customer Service Experience

I particularly want to thank Mr Shanu at the reception for his warm demeanor and prompt assistance. The staff addressed all my inquiries with professionalism. The in-room amenities could use some improvement.

The service was friendly. Plus, the location is super convenient, close to major corporate hubs!
